Clarify what happens when you uncheck Allow Public Access

    Description

      As a parcel owner I may not realize the effects of unchecking the Allow Public Access box in the About Land window.

      This will create ban lines, which are often disallowed in an Estate Covenant. Since I don't see them I will not realize that I have created them by unchecking that box.

      I would like to see a small warning added that unchecking this box will create ban lines.
