'Your voice has been muted by moderator' message doesn't appear if moderator mutes group chat participant

      Description

      1. Login as A avatar, start group voice chat as moderator.
      2. Wait until B avatar will be connected to croup voice chat.
      3. Open context menu for B avatar in group chat window.
      4. Select 'Moderator options-> Mute this participant'.
      5. Go to B viewer.
      ===>
      Actual: icon of disabled voice appears, but 'Your voice has been muted by moderator' message doesn't appear.
      Expected: icon of disabled voice appears, 'Your voice has been muted by moderator' message appears.
      Note: message appears in B viewer, if close current chat session, start new and mute B avatar again.
