Avaline callers are added to the Recent list

1. Make a call to a resident through Avaline service
2. Accept call on the resident side
3. Open People -> Recent tab

Actual Results There is an entry named "???" in the Recent tab which appears as soon as incoming avaline call is accepted
Expected Results If you receive a call from an Avaline caller, it should show up in the Recent tab as reference. So the Avaline caller should be listed and but there should be no inspector or "view profile" affordances. Let's also include the icon we use in the Nearby Voice floater when there is an Avaline caller.
