Menu button looks as being pressed while its menu is displayed by another control

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open My Landmarks SP
2. Select a landmark.
3. Press Gear button - a menu appears.
4. Right-click any landmark.
Observed: Gear button looks as if it is pressed (the button image is changed) while the same menu is displayed under the selected landmark.
Expected: Gear button image overlay doesn't change when landmark context menu is open.
