Develop>XUI->Save to XML and Develop>XUI->Load from XML do nothing

This JIRA record to track the port of VWR-15310 (Advanced->XUI->Save to XML doesn't set proper XML tags) to Snowglobe 2.0 trunk (https://svn.secondlife.com/linden/projects/2010/snowglobe/trunk)

It also covers the fixing of the "XUI->Save to XML" menu which apparently doesn't save file to disk at all.
