Description
Water rendering stops at 1024 meters as you get close to that height it begin to disappear in patches and sometimes flickers in an out. Starts about 300 meters. This did not happen prior to 1.23.
Reproduction steps:
1) Go to platform at: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Hippotropolis/220/164/1001
2) Walk towards edge or corner of platform until you see some water (make sure you are set to daylight so you can see the water)
3) rotate avatar and notice the water disappearing and sometimes flickering in and out
4) turn off water rendering (ctrl-alt-shift-7) and the effect goes away
