Description
1. Restart viewer if it is opened
2. Open Places SP -> My landmarks
3. Make sure that there is scroll bar. Otherwise expand several accordion and restart viewer and repeat step 2
4. Delete landmark from Favorites Bar in the Top Panel
Actual Result: My landmarks panel is scrolled down
Expected Result: My landmarks panel is not scrolled
