Friend permissions icons overlap long names on 'My Friends' tab

1. Login, open 'My Friends' SP as User1 with long name.
2. Open the "Notes & Privacy" tab of User2's profile .
3. Tick checkbox next to "Edit, delete or take my objects".
4. Login as User2.
5. Open the "Notes & Privacy" tab of User1's profile.
6. Tick all check-boxes.
7. Go to 'My Friends' tab, hover over User1's name.

Actual: permissions icons overlap name.
Expected: ellipsis should be implemented.
