Unable to drag outfit folder from Library into COF folder

    Description

      1. Login.
      2. Open your InventorySP or an inventory floater.
      3. Make sure Current Outfit folder is open.
      4. Expand 'Library->Initial Outfits' folder.
      5. Try to drag 'Female City Outfit' folder into COF.
      ===>
      Actual: "locked barred-circle" icon is displayed over COF folder.
      Expected: copies of wearables/objects appear in 'My Inventory', links appear in COF, wearable is added to COF.
