1. Undock People tab
2. Go to My Groups, click a specific group (needs to have archived notices)
3. Click on Notices button at bottom of window
4. Click on a specific notice, it does not show.
5. Redock, it works
Futher:
The New Notice button will not toggle off in either Docked or Undocked state.
