Description
Since the STORM-1980 changes, the region restart sound alert plays inworld rather then locally. So if you have a group of avatars standing together using STORM-1980 enabled viewers and a region is restarting, the restart sound is very loud or just a complete mess if some avatars are using custom restart sound alerts.
Steps To Reproduce
Either get a group of avatars standing together on a region and restart the region, or...
- Login Alt A & Alt B to a region you can restart.
- Mute master volume for Alt B.
- Alt A leave UISndRestart at the default setting.
- Alt B go to Advanced -> Debug Settings -> UISndRestart -> Change to use e0f38b97-2501-4c02-ef7c-663adec9aa13
- Restart the region from World -> Region/Estate -> Debug -> Restart region.
Observed Behaviour
Alt A hears both the default region restart sound alert and Alt B's region restart sound alert.
Expected Behaviour
Alt A should only hear their own region restart sound alert.
The region restart sound alert should play locally only.
