If there is a .aff file with the same base name as the .dic file in the same directory, the the file should be available in the Main dictionary menu after it is imported.

If there is not an aff file, the import should succeed, but an alert explaining that the dictionary cannot be used as a Main dictionary should be displayed, with a link to a wiki page (still being written).

Description

1. Open Preferences > Chat > Spell checking and import new dictionary.
2. Try to set user dictionary as a main dictionary.

Actual results:
User dictionary can not be set as main dictionary

Expected results:
User is able to set main dictionary as user dicitionary
