You will be testing a viewer change that has an associated server change. Currently (6 April 2012) the corresponding server change is only available on regions running Second Life RC LeTigre 12.03.30.252593. Depending on when this viewer change makes it to QA the corresponding server change may have been deployed to the full grid.

Have avatar A, who owns a parcel, ban avatar B

Have avatar B stand on the ground just outside the parcel he is banned from: He sees yellow ban lines

Using a flight feather or by rezzing a cube, sitting on it, and editing its height value have B go up in the sky to 5,000m above ground level: at this height the yellow ban lines should cut off.

Note 1: The cutoff height is 5,000m above the terrain height, not an absolute 5,000m.

Note 2: If you are flying up you will encounter viewer bugs above 4,096m.
Bug 1: The displayed height flickers between the correct height you are at and 4,096 and then sticks at 4,096 until you stop flying.

Note 3: There are rendering issues above 4,096.
