As a user, I would like the message about group chat failed to send to be non blocking

The included patch will change the message type for when a message fails to send to a group chat within a certain period of time. Instead of a blocking OK button, it will be a message in toast and local chat. This is something I did for Phoenix and Firestorm to improve user experience some.
