Missing menu options for attachment points Neck and Avatar Center

      Description

      The two new attachment points, Neck and Avatar Center, only show up in the 'Attach To' menu when right-clicking on items in the Inventory window.

      The two options are not listed under 'Put On > Attach' when right-clicking an object in-world; and also not under 'Take Off > Detach' when right-clicking on your own avatar.
