Description

In the world map, one has the option to check "Land for Sale" to have icons appear in sims where there's land available for purchase, and to highlight that land with a yellow texture. In this version of the viewer (3.0.3) the default setting is off. Turning this setting on causes the icons and the yellow highlights to appear, but the map texture of the sim disappears and is replaced with the default "no simulator" blue texture.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the world map
Check "Land for Sale"
Scroll around the map until you find an area with land for sale
Toggle "Land for Sale" off and on
Observe that the map texture of sims with land for sale is replaced with the default "no simulator" blue texture.
