      Description

Pitch limits applied in indra/newview/llagent.cpp cripple mouselook steered aircraft. They clamp mouselook pitch to +80 degrees and to -40 degrees. There is no reason to do this. TPVs already allow mouselook to pitch freely between -90 and +90 degrees, permitting properly aerobatic aircraft and giving users of those viewers a considerable advantage in flight envelope for all aircraft combat. Please remove this clamping.
