Group notices sent by muted residents are still displayed

      Three accounts are needed to test this:
      A must have control over a group
      B must have a last name that is not Resident
      C must have Resident for a last name

      A must not have B or C as a friend

      As A:
      1. Configure your group so that the Everyone role can send group notices
      2. Invite B to your group
      3. Block B

      Then, as B:
      4. Start the viewer but do not log in yet
      5. Open Preferences->Advanced
      6. Click on Clear Cache
      7. Exit and restart the viewer, logging in this time
      8. Accept the group invitation
      9. Send a notice to that group

      Repeat using account C instead of account B

      Account A should not see the group notice from accounts B or C

      When I mute a resident, group notices from that resident are still being displayed to me.

      To reproduce

      Two accounts (A and B hereafter) are needed to reproduce this, A must have control over a group
      As A:

      1. invite B to your group
      2. give B the ability to send group notices
      3. mute B
        Then, as B:
      4. accept the group invitation
      5. send a notice to that group

      Observed

      As A:

      • You see B's group notice

      Expected

      As A:

      • You should not see B's group notice
