Description
right clicking or click-dragging the sidebar tabs usually pulls the window off the sidebar to become a floater. this no longer happens in 2.8!! no disasterous consequences to report from this bug, but rather an inconvenience involving much more mouse-motion and clicks to fix the occasional crash-broken UI.
expected: right clicking or click-dragging should detach windows from the sidebar, as they have for about a year now.
