Region/Estate -> Terrain Text explaining Low and High values is truncated

Open the Region/Estate dialog box, open the Terrain panel, the text describing the LOW and HIGH values in the spinners at the bottom of the screen is truncated, and as displayed, makes no sense at all. See the attached picture of it.
