After object was blocked from the offer dialog box it's still possible to block it from context menu

1) Create an object
2) Drop attached script NotecardGiver.lsl (see attachment) into object's Contents
3) Create a notecard; the name is not important
4) Drop this notecard into object's Contents
5) Close build window
6) Click on object
7) Click on Block in the notification
8) Right click on the object

Observed:
1) Menu item 'Block' is still present in the menu
2) After selecting 'Block' menu item, second instance of already blocked item appears in the blocked list

Expected: Blocking object from context menu should not be possible if object was blocked from offer. And vice versa, if the object was blocked from context menu, offer should not come from blocked object.
