Add new and changes to GPU_Table.txt

    Description

      The update of the gpu_table.txt seem to be a rolling task.
      New graphic-cards come to market every month (or so).
      I would suggest open for each new card (or card-family) an own ticket and link it below this meta-ticket.

      The advantage would be that card-specific problems wouldn't interrupt the release of a new gpu_table.txt and we all get faster a smoother running client.
