This is a Mac build issue so, if Mac binaries are produced on TeamCity's machines with this change, this is "pass"

      Description

Apple's command-line utilities typically (if not always) start with a capital letter. viewer_manifest.py references one such of these commands: Rez (Online man page: http://www.manpagez.com/man/1/Rez/ ) However, as of rev 10692 through to current (14833), it references the command as "rez".

This is not an issue on most Macs, as most are formatted using the "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" format. Mine, for reasons of compatibility with my Linux box, is formatted "Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive, Journaled)" - thus the problem: rez != Rez.
