Disabled 'Save' button at the 'Create Landmark' panel

1. Navigate to location which isn't stored to your landmarks/favorites yet
2. Press 'Add to my Landmarks' button ("star").
3. Select 'Favorites' from 'Landmark location' drop-down list at the 'Create Landmark' panel.

Expected: 'Save' button should be in active state.
