I would like to be able to add additional people to the region ban list AND be able to somehow download and transfer that list when i move to a different sim parcel. Currently the REGION ban list is at 500 land is 300 and i have had to clear it out several times as between banning on all of Granger's properties as well as my own bans we are above 500 on the region alone. It would also be nice to have a feature that when an avatar closes their account or LL does due to griefing that it would remove the name automatically from the list. Remember, many of the people on that list are griefers. Of course the ULTIMATE would be . once an avatar is banned that the IP is banned as well. We as sim owners dont need to know alts (like that one product did) or the IP, but if linden labs would ban based on that when we do region bans that would be a huge benefit!!!!!! Several people have hundreds of alts.
Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?
It would benefit us by allowing us to download and transfer the sim/land ban list when moving to a different parcel to keep up the rif raf that already caused trouble. If there was some sort of automated feature that removes names when an account is closed for more than 30 days would save many us of a lot of time. If it would ban the avatar on "our" side and ban the IP from the sim on ur side, it would save a lot of dealing with several griefers that are pissed for whatever reason and bring back alt after alt after alt.

This is what i deal with on a consistent basis and came across my IM today . . . I am not revealing who, just WHAT!!
no threat ... just facts .... from what i hear they can turn your sky red and melt your sand into glass .. but i have many alts for building .. and can make more and it goes on and on . . .. blah blah blah . .
but would be nice when i banned an avatar that it banned their IP like redzone used to . . .although was a great product the sim owners screwed themselves by revealing things they shouldnt . . .sooooo . .. .dont report to the sim owners the alts names, etc . .we avatar ban them the region ban IP bans them
