  'What just happened?': 'This is a bug that still persists and has been reported multiple times by merchants and residents on WEB-4050. The case had been abandoned and not solved. As Merchants we are asking to LL for years now to please do solve this mayor problem for us. LL makes zero profit from freebie sellers (products on a range form $0 to 10L$) on Marketplace. LL only makes profit form us merchants who sells products for a real value and because we pay enhancements for this products. Still LL seems to allow this after years still against our interests and their own also. When we create a new product it appears last on search after hundreds of pages of freebies and no one sees them. This also encourages customers to get and find the freebies first and to never get to the priced products. We ask lindens to please reopen the abandoned Jira mentiones before or to read the present one and gives us a solution to this problem. \r\n ',

The Second life sellers are tired and they just give up day by day by not having any support of LL on this big issue.',
  'What were you expecting to happen instead?': 'We expect that LL after years of Merchants begging this, removed the freebies form MP, or changed the search engine that wont display freebies first anymore, or that puts the freebies together on a new specific category by moving them together and that this hides them instead of putting them as best and first option when customer searches anything.',
