When subdividing a parcel, the sim does copy the parcel access lists (banned users and allowed users) to the new parcel, so it seems logical for the new parcel to also inherit the experience access lists.

This is on any version atm. Allowed & Blocked experiences should only be lost on parcel owner change, not subdivision. I should have filed this bug report at the same time as BUG-7595 and it could have been addressed already, heh.
Actual Behavior
Allowed & Blocked experiences are lost with parcel subdivision.
Expected Behavior
Allowed & Blocked experiences should persist with parcel subdivision like all parcel params(excluding autoreturn), access list & banlist do.
