Steps to Reproduce

I have pressed the button
Redeliver item

Actual Behavior

So, the glitch still here, so when I send a ticket, you ask us, to report on the JIRA, when we YOU don't fix it, you ask us to send a NEW TICKET ?
So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back!
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

ALL THE TIME WHEN A CUSTOMER SEND A PRODUCT AS GIFT !

Hey this is so stupid.
That mean, you're too much newbie maybe to fix your problem.
No... you're newbie to fix something, marketplace was created by a French Team, a team able to work on a code, but you, you fix nothing.
You're just good to saying "hey open a ticket" or "Report that on the JIRA", it's totally Stupid by the way.
in 150 years nothing will be fixed, so you should maybe to contacting a French team, like that we will being sure to have everything fixed.

Expected Behavior

Well to work, I have contacted the support with a ticket, your answer was "the customer appear delivered", well We don't care, if a customer, ASK for a redelivery, your system is supposed to work ! Like the https://www.bejamble.net/ system, when I do a redelivery with this sytem, gosh that work, maybe you should hire that team to work for linden lab....
