Compare behaviour on a pre-materials viewer and current viewer release.
Pre-materials viewer build used: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Release_Notes/Second_Life_Release/3.5.3

Steps To Reproduce

• Rez a few spheres over Linden water and set them to be light sources under build tools -> features -> light.
  Default light settings are fine.

• Set sky to midnight under World -> Sun -> Midnight to see light reflections more easily.

• Default windlight water setting is fine.

• Set graphics to Ultra.

  Observed Behaviour

Pre-Materials build

Light reflections from the light sources are seen on the Linden water

Materials builds
See Fig 2
There are no light reflections on the Linden water

Expected Behaviour

Linden water should show relections for light sources.
