Steps to Reproduce

I was notified by a collegue of this problem

Actual Behavior

We had spoken to some collegues merchants and we are not getting anymore the mails notification when a customer leaves a review for us in MP

Expected Behavior

I would like that LL reviews this please

Me too I have the same issue by 1st February last I saw that I have missing all mails concerning
"Review activity has occurred on an item in your store”

I have already done the procedure in "email settings" and I turned off - saved - reactivated "Shopping Notifications", and even the "Merchant Notifications".
I make a test:

  1. I changed my mail
  2. with un alter I bought 2 of my items
    3: I added review but I don’t received notification.
  3. I removed reviews and then I received mail notification about this action.
    I try also to change mail /server but the issue persist.
    I talked with other Merchant and they have the same problem.
    I opened ticket yesterday but for now I dont received answer (maybe because was saturday)

This is really bad,I hope they fix this for once. Also the well known bug that person that gifts to a resident cant be reviewed, opened for over 2 years now.

Hi! We need some help from you to figure out what's causing this. Would one of you mind attaching an review email (with headers) to this jira that you had received before (and no longer do) as well as an email (with headers) that you're still receiving from the Marketplace (for example a purchase receipt or when you remove reviews).

*This is only thing that we are getting so far, when ourselves or a customer removes a mail, like this:

this is going on since february 1st - and still nothing...
amazingly, when i flagged a review which later was removed by the team, i got a notification.

it'd be great if you could put some effort in this - i know there are many more merchants having issues!

It works now, well done Lindens thank you! Please dont forget to look as well the other bug related & similar, (when a person gifts soemthing in MP to a resident, not seller not person who bought can review), would be great, that Jira its opened for over two years now, tysm in advance!
