  'What just happened?': 'I was facilitating a discussion on a parcel I rent and every 5 minutes for about 40 minutes voice would become choppy for roughly 3 minutes, hearing every 3rd word people were saying. Once voice became available again, most people had to relog to get voice back. it was very frustrating and I lost many people from my discussion because of this problem. The discussion was being interfered with so much that people gave up losing voice then having to relog again to have voice available to them. For me I was one of the lucky ones who did not need to relog to have voice available for me.',
  'What were you doing when it happened?': 'I was facilitating a discussion on a sim I rent which is my business in SL. This is one of my main activities available to my patrons and I lost many people because of the voice outage which left me and my patrons feeling very frustrated.',
  'What were you expecting to happen instead?': 'I was expecting voice to be clear and available to everyone who was sitting in on my discussion, as it is a voice led discussion, but this was not the case and has not been the case on many of my discussions the past 3 weeks and it is interfering with my business.',
