How would you like the feature to work?

Currently, the premium account fee is used to cover the storage cost of the KVP store. It's a very rigid system that doesn't serve anyone well, since premium accounts can't transfer a key or own more than one.

So instead, you could make experience keys have paid upgrades available for using the KVP store. Something like L$3000 to unlock the first 128 MB, and something like L$1000 for each additional 64 MB up to a certain limit like 1 GB.

Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?

With this new system you could simply charge a small fee like L$100 to create new keys, similar to creating a group, without requiring a premium account. A new key would initially have no KVP storage available, and could be upgraded as described above.

You could then allow a key to be transferred to another account, and allow an account to own more than one key, since each key would be paid for independently based on how much KVP storage it can use.
