Steps to Reproduce

• Login to http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Sandbox%20Bricker/93/205/27

• Top menu bar -> World -> Place Profile -> Region

• Observe the Group remains stuck on "Loading...".

• The group will never load even when closing & reopening the Place Profile window or relogging.

• See Fig 1 attached.

• Close the Place Profile window.

• Teleport to http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Testylvania%20Sandbox/90/115/22

• World -> Place Profile -> Region.

• Observe the group does correctly load at this location.

• See Fig 2 attached.

• It appears the group will only correctly load if the land is group owned.

• Close the Place Profile window.

• Now teleport back to the first location: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Sandbox%20Bricker/93/205/27

• World -> Place Profile -> Region.

• Observe the incorrect information from the previous region now displays

• See Fig 3 attached.

• After waiting a few seconds, the correct information will display under Place Profile -> Region and the Group will display again as "Loading..."

• Sometimes the previous locations group will remain stuck & not change back to "Loading...".

  Observed Behaviour

  Place Profile -> Region only displays the correct Group name on group owned land.
  On non-group owned land, the group name will display as "Loading..." or remain stuck on the previous group name which was correctly loaded at another location.

  Expected Behaviour

  The correct group should display under Place Profile -> Region

  Other Information

  Also reproduces on the Maint-RC: Second Life 4.1.2.321183 (Second Life Release)
