Toggle to talk still behaves as Push to talk.
What were you doing when it happened?
I had changed the new Push to talk default behavior back to Toggle to talk, via Me > Preferences > Sound & Media > Toggle speak on/off when I press button in toolbar
What were you expecting to happen instead?
Toggle to talk behavior to return to prior behavior.
Other information
The new default behavior in Second Life Release 6.4.23.563789 is for voice to be "Push to Talk", before the default was "Toggle to Talk".
This feature can be changed in Me > Preferences > Sound & Media > Toggle speak on/off when I press button in toolbar.
I then started exploring the key binding Controls (also in Preferences) and found that a work around was to set Toggle Voice Primary Control to MMB (middle mouse button).
NOTE: you must do this for all 4 positional situations.
