[BUG-230415] Region Lordshore (Jeogeot) cannot be entered via vehicle and will not rez objects (either on ground or on avatar) #8099

What just happened?

When flying into the region in a vehicle, I lost control, the viewer showed me and the vehicle floating through the region. I was then unseated and repositioned on the edge of the region. I was unable to move in any direction but forward and backwards. The vehicle was not returned to my Lost and Found inventory folder.
After restarting my viewer I walked into the region to make sure entry was possible (it was). However, I could not rez anything on the ground (despite permissions) and none of my worn objects could be removed nor new objects added to my avatar. When I logged back in, no objects would rez on my avatar that had been present during log-off.

What were you doing when it happened?

When I initially noticed the region problem, I was piloting an airplane, approaching the nearby Von Richtofen airport in Spurness. I had crossed south from Kenfield into Xilted and then attempted to enter Lordshore from the northeast at about a 45 degree angle. I was careful not to stack the region crossings and allow at least 3 seconds before another crossing.
Once recovered, I first noticed the object rezzing problem when I attempted to rez a vehicle inside the region to see if I could drive it out. That's also when I noticed that I could not de/a-ttach objects to my avatar/HUD.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I was expecting the usual movement hiccup when crossing region boundaries. I was expecting that my vehicle and I would travel completely through the region without failure (as we had done on that entire trip from Plusia in Heterocera).
Once back in the region (after restarting my client to correct the loss of full movement control) I expected that I would be able to rez an object on the ground and that I could control the objects that were attached to my avatar and HUD.

Other information

I retested entering this region 7 more times using different clients (LL and Firestorm). Three times in the same airplane, 4 times in ground vehicles of various complexity. I attempted to enter the region at various speeds and from all surrounding regions. None were successful and no vehicles were returned.
Regarding the failed object rezzes and attachments, a couple of other avatars in the region were complaining that they could not attach huds or objects (clothes) to their avatar when they were in the region.

I can't attach or rez any items on this region either.

I tested it earlier today and everything seems to be working again. I could de/a-ttach objects from my avatar. I could Rez objects, and I could enter the region from neighboring regions while seated in a vehicle with success.

Do I close the ticket or must a Linden? Please advise.

Either way works - the correct resolution for this issue is "Cannot Reproduce".
