Steps To Reproduce

• Login on any viewer that uses legacy profiles, for example, https://releasenotes.secondlife.com/viewer/6.4.11.550519.html or Firestorm Viewer.

• Go to a Colo region, for example, http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/By%20Design/114/91/22 (sim9013.agni, Second Life Server 2020-09-11T22:25:15.548903).

• Open any friends profile & go to the Notes tab.

• Make a change to your friend's permissions under "Allow this avatar to" by either ticking or unticking the relevant tick boxes.

• Close the friend's profile with the OK button - this is a necessary step, or your changes will not save - this is a known bug on the LL legacy profile viewer.

• Reopen your friends profile -> Notes tab & observe that the permissions changes have correctly changed.

• Teleport to an AWS region, for example, http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Testylvania%20Sandbox/90/115/22 (ec2-34-222-37-135.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com, Second Life Server 2020-11-04.551666)

• Open any friends profile & go to the Notes tab.

• Make a change to your friend's permissions under "Allow this avatar to" by either ticking or unticking the relevant tick boxes.

• Close the friend's profile with the OK button - this is a necessary step, or your changes will not save - this is a known bug on the LL legacy profile viewer.

• Reopen your friends profile -> Notes tab

  Observed Behavior

• Observe that the permissions changes you made on the AWS region have not stuck.

  Expected Behaviour

  Avatar permissions changes should work on AWS regions.

Important Note
When you open the legacy profile -> Notes tab, you need to wait until the tab has fully loaded and you see the OK & Cancel buttons before you make any permissions changes.
The LL legacy profiles are VERY slow to load (compared to Firestorm legacy profiles).
