I am chatting with a friend, calling chat transcript from IM window.
I notice that it shows only messages that are over two weeks old.
I realize that she renamed from "xy resident" to "xy heartsong" recently.
I check cache folder and find two transcripts, one for xy, one for xy heartsong. The second seems to be not accessible from the viewer
What were you doing when it happened?
Chatting, looking up what was discussed in the morning
What were you expecting to happen instead?
Chat transcript not be broken in two by the rename / Chat transcript accessible
Other information
It seems to be inconsistent handling, UUID vs "name".
I am using Firestorm but assume it affects all viewers / can't file the problem to Firestorm and cannot check better than LL if the problem exists in LL viewer

Thank you for the report, this is a known open issue that we are working to address. In the meantime, the information Whirly provided in her comment should help to resolve the issue directly to show the old and new chat history in one file.
