What just happened?

Dear Lindens

I think I should add that a subsequent experience (probably related to my two earlier ones) was this:

After having created a number of classic avatars to wear the same few pieces of clothing (2 part sweater and lower part bikini) and in some instances an extra item from Library, like 'girl next door jeans', it happens whenever I select 'Edit my appearance' for any one of these avatars. In edit mode a more or less random mix of clothing items are displayed in wrong sequence (innermost as outermost) while editing. Leaving edit mode (after a while) brings back the proper picture.

I thought maybe the problems only occurred for underwear items, but then I went to 'Newcomer Shelter' to pick up the two huge big-packs of clothing items for alpha women. Giving one of my avs one of these many items can cause many other similar items (like jeans) to no longer offer the RMB options of wearing or adding from Inventory for the other avs even when these other items are not (worn). But mouse-dragging works.

Nearly always things come back to normal after logout/login. But only as long as I don't do another edit.

I am pretty sure all these problems have emerged since February 2020. In January/February I created my Mothers account and her av and most of her appearances for her. She is an Alpha (Pylle1). I am sure I would have noticed then. Now that she has become an active user, I can't go on manhandling her account (that is why I created the test account).
