Gachas, limited quantities items and/or high value items are targets for a fraud vector involving gifting from throwaway accounts using stolen money.
Governance can only handle these cases as if the throwaway account is attempting to defame/grief the giftee if there is no evidence that the giftee is using an alt or is an associate of the gifter.
In these cases, Governance ALWAYS recovers the money from the lister but will NEVER trace/return the item back to the seller or if the item is able to be copied, remove all copies of the item from the giftee's inventory and any copies in-world.
Listers of such items need the option of disabling gifting to protect themself against this fraud vector.
Please give listers the option to disable gifting of a listing item.
Thanks in advance for any consideration.
