Actual Behavior

Rez any yes-modify & no-copy or any yes-modify & no-transfer object that has normal and/or specular textures applied.
Select the object and in the Texture tab, click Copy.
Rez a box, select it and in the Texture tab, click Paste.
Notice that the normal and/or specular textures are applied.

Expected Behavior

Diffuse, Normal or specular texture UUIDs applied to no-copy or no-transfer objects should be replaced with NULL_KEY when copied to clipboard, if the original textures are not full permission.

I don't agree this is a bug.
Imo it's only a bug if the normal & specular textures themselves are no copy &/or no trans.

@Whirls

If scripts are not allowed to divulge applied normal & spec UUID's unless the object is full-perms, then why should the viewer be allowed to? Or am I misunderstanding the comment?

Appears fixed on Second Life Project Copypaste 6.3.5.533365 (64bit)
