What just happened?

Residents who use viewers with legacy profiles (such as Firestorm) are known to embed profile icons in their profiles. See Snapshot #1

What were you doing when it happened?

Since updating Firestorm Viewer with this change https://bitbucket.org/andreyl_productengine/483-legacy_profiles/commits/659c33cb0bc8d3770766a33270cb392b2100836b
it seems profiles are no longer deemed "safe" and these profile icons no longer display properly.
Residents using a TPV with legacy profile will see the code instead of the image. See Snapshot #2 which is how it is displayed using the current default LL viewer. See Snapshot #3.

Using the Project Legacy Profiles viewer, I see a gray texture. See Snapshot #4.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

Residents will be asking if embedding the profile icons in legacy profiles can continue.

Other information

Updated to add Snapshot #5. Using the Legacy Profiles Viewer, you can also see the gray texture when you select More Info on the People Panel - Nearby tab.
