  'What just happened?': 'When an object gives you an item, such as a vendor, or any object giver, you are presented with a pop-up windows with an Accept or Discard button.  If you hit the Discard button, the item should automatically go to your Trash folder, as it does when an avatar sends you an item and you hit the Discard button.',
  'What were you doing when it happened?': 'I was purchasing a no-copy item from a vendor, and accidentally hit the Discard button when trying to address other notifcations which were popping up.',
