Rename this sky to "BUG-226964 - Repro sky with a long name to show bug"
Double click the sky to open it in the Fixed Environment editor.
Observe the sky name is truncated to "BUG-226964 - Repro sky with a lo"

If you make a change to the sky settings & Save, the full name is maintained in My Environments.
If you make a change to the sky settings & Save As, the full name is shown in the "Save current environmental settings as" floater & the full settings name is saved in My Environments - see Fig 2 attached.
If you make a change to the sky settings & change the first letter of the name to P, then choose Save As, the name is truncated in the "Save current environmental settings as" floater & the name is truncated once saved in My Environments - see Fig 3.
Same steps reproduce for a water setting named "BUG-226964 - Repro water with a long name to show bug"
Day Cycle settings
Behaviour is different when editing a day setting.
Create a new day cycle setting in My Environments.
Rename the day setting to "BUG-226964 - Repro day with a long name to show bug".
Double click the day setting to open it in the Edit Day Cycle floater.
Observe the full name shows in the "Day Cycle Name" section of the Edit Day Cycle floater.
Make a change to the day settings & click "Save".
Observe that after clicking Save, the name of the day is truncated in My Environments.

Observed Behaviour
Settings names get truncated in inconsistent ways when editing them & saving or using Save as.
Expected Behaviour
Settings names should not be truncated.
The Fixed Environment editor (for water & skies) & the Edit Day Cycle editor (for days) should be able to handle the maximum length of settings names that you can use in Inventory & My Environments.

Steps To Reproduce
Sky & Water settings
Create a new sky setting in My Environments.
Rename this sky to "BUG-226964 - Repro sky with a long name to show bug"
Double click the sky to open it in the Fixed Environment editor.
Observe the sky name is truncated to "BUG-226964 - Repro sky with a lo"
