Steps To Reproduce
Login on the EEP viewer.
Go to http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/By%20Design1/76/124/22
Set graphics to default Ultra, or just set Water Reflections to "Everything"
Observe the trees reflected in the LL water in the lake.
Observed Behaviour
The reflections of objects in Linden water flash wildly like a strobe.

(Sky set to default midday).
Bug reproduces when ALM is enabled & disabled.
As long as water reflections are set on "Everything" the bug will reproduce.
Disabling Object-Object Occlusion stops the flashing.
Develop -> Rendering -> Object-Object Occlusion.
Expected Behaviour
Water reflections should not flash.
