[BUG-226666] [EEP] Terrain is shiny with ALM enabled #5149

Steps To Reproduce

  • Login on the EEP nightly: Second Life Release 6.1.2.525930 (64bit)

  • Stand on the terrain.

  • Shine some local lights on the terrain.

  • Observe how the terrain looks with ALM enabled & ALM disabled.

    Observed Behaviour

  • When ALM is enabled, the terrain is "shiny"
    See Fig 1 attached.
    The terrain reflects local lights and the sun.

  • When ALM is disabled the terrain looks as it should & is not shiny.
    See Fig 2 attached.

    Expected Behaviour

    The terrain should not be shiny when ALM is enabled.
