Set the sky to something that has clouds/fog etc for example "Whirly Gloomy Day" in the Library.
Preferences -> Graphics
With ALM enabled, toggle Atmospheric Shaders & observe that you can see the difference in the environment when Atmospheric Shaders are enabled & disabled as expected.
Disable ALM & toggle Atmpospheric Shaders.
Observed Behaviour
On EEP viewers, when ALM is disabled, toggling Atmospheric Shaders has no effect.
EEP is behaving as if disabling ALM automatically disables Atmospheric Shaders.
However the UI under Preferences -> Graphics doesn't reflect this.
Expected Behaviour
Atmospheric Shaders should toggle when ALM is disabled.
Or, if the above is now expected behaviour with EEP, The UI settings for Atmospheric Shaders under Preferences -> Graphics & Preferences -> Graphics -> Advanced should reflect the fact that disabling ALM also disables Atmospheric shaders.
If ALM is disabled, the Atmospheric Shaders tick boxes should grey out.
