Steps To Reproduce
Login on the EEP viewer.
Rez a box & set it to have 2% transparency.
Rez another box & add any alpha texture set to alpha blending.
Disable Basic Shaders.
Observed Behaviour
On the EEP viewer when Basic Shaders are disabled, any texture with transparency will render an animated blue water texture.
Bug does not reproduce on non-EEP viewers.
Expected Behaviour
Textures with transparency should not rnder an animated water texture when Basic Shaders are disabled.
Other information
Bug also reproduces on current EEP - RC: Second Life Release 6.1.1.525044 (64bit)
