Flying a vehicle with position lights, and noticing that the lights have a blue "halo" around the particle image when seen against water. Seen against sky, ground, or other objects gives "normal" appearance. The attached image shows a couple of these lights against both sky and water.

Okay, Took some time this morning to try to test this, with less than perfect results.
Still seeing the above issue, but NOT seeing this issue on other vehicles using particles for navigational lights and strobes. I expected the same effect.
My own rig to test if this varied depending on PNG and TGA also showed no difference, and none of the expected glitching.
So I'm a bit of a loss here at replicating, making me assume this is a pretty unusual use case. I have included the materials needed to replicate the specific incident, but without some sense of it being a larger problem, I'm not sure this really matters.
What just happened?
