Steps To Reproduce

  • Go to http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Athena%20Island/198/44/20 on EEP build Second Life Release 6.1.1.525205 (64bit)

  • Set environment to midday with default water setting.

  • Observe how the scene looks with ALM enabled & with ALM disabled.

  • Set the viewer to default Ultra graphics & toggle ALM.

  • Note - bug reproduces for any draw distance, large or small.

    Observed Behaviour

  • Behaviour is odd & may take a couple of minutes to reproduce after entering the scene.

  • When ALM is disabled, the whole scene flashes with a strobe light effect - both the land & objects on it & the water flash.

  • When ALM is enabled, only the water flashes where you can see the terrain reflected in the water.

  • Example 1: https://gyazo.com/6aca1c601b56e05a67b2eaf3190f6b64

  • Example 2: https://gyazo.com/446dfc608ec77faf14672136d7b07340

    Expected Behaviour

  • Scene should not flash.

  • Bug does not reproduce on default release Second Life Release 6.1.0.524670 (64bit)
