What just happened?

When I login into second life I see "You cannot remove protected categories" and all my inventory is lost, I cant see anything in my inventory

What were you doing when it happened?

Just login into second life

What were you expecting to happen instead?

I wanted to see my inventory and outfits

Hiya vikramr,

Your inventory is very likely corrupted. Please contact Second Life support - see https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000131009-contact-support
If you are a premium member, you can use the Live Chat link for immediate help.
If you are a basic (or premium) member then you can use the "Submit a support case form" link.
Make sure that you tell support you are getting the "You cannot remove protected categories." error message - they will know what's wrong straight away.
Support can fix this, so don't worry.

Until your inventory is repaired, it is advised that you do not attempt to rez, buy, or take anything - avoid making changes to your inventory.
